There is usually a message exchanged between the host and renter thanking them for renting the property. When I messaged the host about the yard not being mowed they responded w/, tinder mows every other Monday. It was obvious the yard had not been mowed. The host then accused me of not paying a pet deposit then realized he was messaging about a different property. I paid a pet deposit and the backyard was almost unusable.
