On the DAY OF your check-in, you will receive your CHECK-IN DETAILS via email shortly before 4 pm (3:55 pm), to gain access directly into the property (no need to go anywhere additional to check-in). It is important that the Rental Agreement is signed, and reservation is paid in full so we don't have any interruptions with sending your check-in details. These are to be worn to use the amenities on property. \-Max parking- 4 cars (in designated spots, towing will be enforced by a 3rd party company which unfortunately we have no control over- please use parking permits provided upon arrival) \-For stays over 28 days- max 1 guest per bedroom \-Monthly reservations during our popular winter months (January, February, and March) MUST be booked from the 1st to the 1st. \-Remaining off-season monthly stays must be booked for a FULL month (i.e. 1st to the 1st, 6th to the 6th, 27th to the 27th, etc) I give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to screen my identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation. Water ran out on our 2nd evening stay. We had people in the showers and clothes in the washer and all of a sudden no water. We were willing to get water from the river but there are several houses on this property and there was a group of guys partying and peeing out in the open so to not have the family go down and see this, we elected not to get water from the river. they also had not water in the home they rented. We could not flush toilets and had to buy bottled water to wash up and brush teeth in the morning. We had to drive to town to shower at the truck stops. Someone took us water to use for toilets and only took 2 larger bottles and said that it only took a small amount to flush the toilets. we had to educate that man on how much water it actually took to flush the toilet, not even he knew SMH. We had to walk down to the river to get some water and again had to drive to get water to use for cooking / drinking / hygiene. Finally on the 3rd day we are told the water well dried up. Interesting that only the water well on this property was affected as the properties on both sides had water as the neighbors informed us they did. although this house is clean it has bare minimum furnishings. There are no dressers or mirrors in the bedrooms and only 1 TV in the living room. The grill on the patio was extremely dirty and should have been cleaned for the next renters to use. We did not use it even though we wanted to as it was very dirty. The upstairs bathroom had a broken shower door and the water heater was leaking. definitely not worth the price of renting this place as you can't even shower and flush toilets.
