Host provides sufficient toiletries for your first week. If your stay is longer, it becomes guests' responsibility to replenish.
All items have been inventoried, if host determines any items to be missing after guest check-out, a claim of charge will be processed accordingly.
Please tie garbage in the black bags underneath the kitchen sink, and place garbage in the garage. Return all kitchenware to initial storing spot.
