Die Wohnung war bei Bezug sehr unsauber, Fliesen in der Küche, Dreheinrichtung Küchen Unterschrank voller Kaffeeflecken, Dunstabzug verschmiert, Balkon und Stühle mit Vogelkot bedeckt, den Balkon haben wir täglich abschrubben müssen, sonst hätten wir ihn nicht betreten können. Did not receive an email in advance with key code as advertised, but we found the location early and the cleaning staff happened to be there and kindly rang for us. Bathroom modern and comfortable beds. The only thing to improve would be better lighting in the kitchen and perhaps a settee - weather wasn't brilliant so would have added a bit of comfort. "

"Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt. Ruhig gelegen und doch sehr zentral, Parkplätze direkt vorm Haus. Nach wenigen Schritten hat man den Ortskern erreicht. Das Zimmer (Appartement 3) ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und läd zum Wohlfühlen ein. Das Frühstück ist der Hammer! Eine tolle Auswahl und sehr ansprechend arrangiert. Die Mitarbeiter sind ausnahmslos extrem freundlich. Hier kann man sich einfach nur wohlfühlen. "

"Das Objekt liegt ruhig in der Nähe vom Bahnhof und von den Fähren nach Norderney und Juist. Sie ist sauber aber der Boden besteht in jedem Zimmer aus Holzplatten was ich persohnlich nicht gut fand. Die Schlüsselübergabe fand ich sehr schlecht. Ich musste mit vollem Gepäck knapp zwei Km zum Büro laufen um den Schlüssel dort aus einem Schlüsselsafe zu holen und den selben Weg zurück zur Wohnung. Ich frage mich warum man den Schlüsselsafe nicht an das Objekt anbringen kann. Bei der Abfahrt sollte...
