It has three bedrooms: two with double beds (140 cm) and one with a queen-size bed (160 cm). There is a large bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet. The property benefits from electric heating and air conditioning. The enclosed garden measures 1000 m². A terrace with an awning and parasol is provided, along with garden furniture, a charcoal barbecue, and an electric griddle. Baby equipment (travel cot, high chair, and baby bath) is available upon request. Electricity, including heating, and linens are included. Towels are €10 per person per change, and bed linens are €15 per bed per change. End-of-stay cleaning is €80\. Situated in a village with all amenities and shops, a leisure center, and a cycle path along the river (two adult bicycles are available), our gîte is the ideal starting point for exploring the Périgord region. Périgueux, the Gallo-Roman capital; Sarlat, home to the Lascaux 4 International Centre for Cave Art in Montignac; Bergerac with its vineyards and fortified towns; the castles of the Dordogne Valley; chasms and caves listed as historical monuments in the Vézère Valley; remarkable gardens (Marqueyssac, Eyrignac, etc.)... not forgetting our superb cuisine! Treat yourself to the Périgord, its local produce, and its traditions!
