"This was a perfect place for us to stay in Providence while attending a conference at Brown. The owner has refurbished the space with modern upgrades and all that we needed for a comfortable stay. He communicated right away when we had questions. It's a great value in a part of town we enjoy for its architecture and good eating spots!"

Being in the basement, we could hear a lot of noise from both above and neighboring units, which made it difficult to fully relax."
