    Our newly furnished and high-quality apartment offers the ideal retreat for your unforgettable stay in the Austrian Alps. The Stubaital is not only known for its breathtaking mountains, but also for its variety of outdoor activities that are sure to result in an incomparable experience.

    The impressive peaks of the Stubaital are perfect for going hiking, mountaineering and mountain biking and allow you to enjoy the beauty of nature to the fullest. In winter you can look forward to unlimited skiing on the Stubai Glacier, the family-friendly atmosphere at the Schlick 2000 ski centre or the beginner-friendly Serlesbahnen ski area - there truly is something for everyone.

    Our Stubai Apartments are in a fantastic location, just a few minutes' walk from the ski lift and the charming town centre of Neustift. After an eventful day in the mountains, you can relax in our cosy apartment, which can accommodate up to 4 people. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed, while a cosy double bed awaits you in the bedroom.

Purtroppo la nostra esperienza non è stata positiva. Al nostro arrivo ci siamo trovati fornelli rotti , un problema particolarmente grave considerando che viaggiavamo con un bambino di soli 2 anni e avevamo quindi la necessità di poter preparare i suoi pasti. Abbiamo cercato più volte di contattare l’host della struttura Bellvilla per segnalare il problema , ma non abbiamo ricevuto risposta né assistenza adeguata. I fornelli sono rimasti inutilizzabili per quasi tutto il soggiorno e sono stati finalmente riparati soltanto la penultima sera , quando ormai il disagio aveva riguardato praticamente tutta la nostra permanenza. Nonostante la situazione e il disagio arrecato , la struttura non ha voluto riconoscere alcun rimborso . Fortunatamente avevamo prenotato tramite Expedia , che ci ha fornito assistenza e ci ha aiutato a gestire la situazione. Troviamo molto deludente il comportamento della struttura : se si richiede il pagamento completo anticipatamente, ci si aspetta che tutti i servizi dichiarati siano disponibili e funzionanti e, soprattutto, che l’host sia reperibile in casi di problemi. Esperienza assolutamente negativa , che sconsigliamo soprattutto alle famiglie con bambini piccoli. Pessimi 👎👎👎👎

Lage Appartements Stubai, sehen innen schön aus, Kleinigkeiten sind noch nicht fertig. Kein heißes Wasser in der Küche. Es gibt keine Haken zum Aufhängen von Handtüchern. Es gibt keinen Toilettenpapierhalter. Das ist für uns kein allzu großes Problem, aber die Außenlage ist schlecht, in unserem Fall ist sie nicht in Zimmer 6, wir haben 1 Hund dabei, wenn wir die Außentür öffnen, sind wir auf dem Parkplatz, nicht gemütlich und einladend
