"Am Binnenwasser" Vacation Rental: Apartment with an alcove bedroom, kitchen, and large sunroom

It is centrally located yet very quiet, surrounded by green gardens and flower beds. The city centre, the market square, and the harbour of Neustadt are about a 150-meter walk away. The Neustadt Inland Waterway, a beautiful nature area, is located directly behind the house. The hospital and the public beach are just a few minutes away by car, bus, or bike (about 2,000 metres), and the train station is only about 700 metres away.
The apartment’s amenities and furnishings are also unique and personalised.

The apartment consists of a combined bedroom and living room with a cosy alcove featuring a 1.40-meter-wide double bed. Additionally, a 90-centimeter-wide fold-down bed is available. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the bathroom features a shower. The large, light-filled sunroom, with its wood-burning stove and pleated sunshades, can be enjoyed year-round.
The tasteful and cosy furnishings are complemented by Wi-Fi, a smart TV, and a compact Bluetooth stereo system.

The apartment includes a small terrace for sunbathing, breakfast, or barbecuing. A parking space is available, and bicycles can be parked directly on the property. Simple bicycles are also available.
The apartment is ideal for 2 adults. A travel cot is available for a small child.
Pets are not allowed.

A tourism tax must be paid on site using the Ostseecard:
Months 1–4 and 10–12: €1.60 per person per day.
Months 5–9: €2.70 per person per day.
