The beach is about 10 minutes walk away, the dog beach you need about 12 minutes. The Schön-Klinik is within walking distance. The 2-room apartment is located in the 1\. Floor of a private home, is fully equipped and your dog is welcome. On about 70 square meters you will find a living room with sofa bed for 2 persons, a bedroom with double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, bathroom and a large storage room. A carport is available. Enjoy the Ruhepol Neustadt and Pelzerhaken between the lively regions around Grömitz and Timmendorfer Strand. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche übrig und auch die Lage ist wunderbar ruhig. Alle Erledigungen des täglichen Bedarfs sind innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und auch der Neustädter Strand ist binnen 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir wurden freundlichem empfangen und erhielten als Gastgeschenk eine Flasche guten Wein, wofür wir uns herzlich bedanken möchten. Wir können die Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt für Familien empfehlen. Beachten ist jedoch, dass die Bettwäsche und Handtücher am besten in der Vorlummunikation schon mit geordert werden. Im Buchungsformular bei fewo-direkt befand sich enstprechend keine Option . Eine Unterkunft, welche eigentlich nur mit einem überrascht, wie gut Ferienwohnungen sein können. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, es gab eine kurze Begehung der Ferienwohnung und der Urlaub konnte beginnen. Die Ferienwohnung ist einfach fantastisch. Wir kennen einige Unterkünfte, auch solche, bei denen man deutlich sieht, das übriggebliebenes Interieur für die Urlauber gerade gut genug ist. Hier nicht. Alles ist stimmig und liebevoll eingerichtet, die Küche ist komplett eingerichtet, Geschirr, Töpfe, Geschirrspülmaschine, alles vorhanden. Im Bad eine Waschmaschine. Auch das Bad schön und komfortabel eingerichtet, Dusche und Badewanne vorhanden. Ein sehr schickes Wohnzimmer, mit Flat-TV, Hifi Anlage (super, leicht basslastiger Klang - sehr schön) eine bequeme Couch, alles, was man für einen entspannten Abend braucht. Das Schlafzimmer ist praktisch eingerichtet, das Bett ist genau richtig. Die Matratzen nicht durchgelegen, die bereitgestellte Bettwäsche fühlte sich wertig an. ein schöner Holzwäscheschrank bietet genug Platz, für was auch immer man unterbringen muss. Im zentralen Zimmer ein perfekter Esstisch. Und alles sehr stilsicher eingerichtet. Die Wohnlage ist in einer guten Wohngegend, ruhig, gut erreichbar, REWE ist fußläufig erreichbar. Unsere Gastgeber waren freundlich, hätten wir ein Problem gehabt, wäre das sicher durch sie gelöst worden Nichts negatives - eigentlich nicht, außer, dass ein Urlaub auch mal enden muss. Wir haben eine passende Unterkunft für uns und Vierbeiner für ein verlängertes Wochenende gesucht und hier gefunden! Höchst bemühte, sehr freundliche Gastgeber die im ersten Stock ihres Wohnhauses eine saubere, gemütliche, großzügig geschnittene und mit allem was man zum Selbstversorgen braucht (Küchenutensilien) Ferienwohnung anbieten. Von den riesigen Dachfenstern in der Essecke kann man sogar die nahe Ostsee sehen, zum Trubel des Hafens sind es fünf Minuten mit dem Auto, ebenso wenn man zu den Stränden nach Rettin und Pelzerhaken möchte. Bäcker und Supermarkt (der sogar in der Saison am Sonntag einige Stunden geöffnet hat) sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto zu erreichen Man hat die Wahl sich in der gut ausgestatteten Küche selbst zu versorgen oder in eines der leckeren zahlreichen Restaurants der Umgebung einzukehren. Hier ist man mit Sicherheit auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt super aufgehoben. Zu erwähnen ist auch noch der Parkplatz im Carport auf dem Grundstück. ##### Nicole W. Gemütliche und top ausgestattete Einliegerwohnung, perfekt für Familien mit Hund. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und diskret. Die Ferienwohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr gemütlich und gepflegt. Die Zimmer sind sauber und geräumig. Die Lage ist optimal für diverse Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Fußläufig ist es nicht weit bis zum Strand und zur Schön Klinik. Die Familie Kroos sind sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Es war alles super gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Der Vermieter war freundlich und herzlich. Die Kommunikation vorab hat auch super funktioniert, ich bekam schnell Antwort und es wurde stets auf mein Anliegen eingegangen. Die Lage ist sehr schön in ruhiger Umgebung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig und auch der Strand und das Strandbad zu erreichen.
