Exactly what I was looking for...
I really enjoyed this place. I was driving from Dusseldorf to Salzburg and needed a place in-between to stay. It was exactly what I was looking for, somewhere clean, quiet, easy to reach, free parking, pocket-friendly price, welcoming staff, including a nutritious breakfast. It checked all the boxes. I would happily stay here again if in the area.

The hotel staff were very friendly and courteous at all times. This was my second stay at this property and would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend for business or pleasure trips to the area. Not a resort type hotel. Amenities are more suited to the business traveler, but great if you’re spending most of your time out and about.

Recommended
Traveling across Germany so the location close to the highway was pretty convenient. Arrived on Saturday evening and the restaurant was open even though Google maps stated otherwise. There was nobody at the reception but an envelope with the key and instructions was present.

Very nice over nighter.
The hotel is very nice and comfortable. Great for an overnight stay, and a few days to visit the sites. The breakfast was good, but could use some freshening up, and they should check the dates of the items served. I found a few out of date. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Welcoming hotel staff
Very friendly and helpful staff comfortable in English and German. Room overlooked courtyard and quiet street. Very quiet. Tipische German as well as continental breakfast items...coffee, as usual in Germany, very good quality and always available at table. Heated towel racks. Very comfortable room. One World Handicraft Shop and museum nearby.

Amazing customer service
My family enjoyed staying at this hotel. The staff are very helpful and amazing customer services despite we don't speak German. I would recommend to the guest who likely to visit this lovely small town.

Die Buchung erfolgte online und trotzdem verlief der Check In perfekt. Der Betrag wurde an der Rezeption bezahlt und alles Verlief reibungslos. Ein Standard Zimmer, aus den neunziger Jahren, aber für den Preis war es o. k. Frühstück war inklusive. Restaurant war sauber und das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wenn ich die Gegend wieder unterwegs bin und nach einem Hotel suchen sollte, werde ich wieder dort Buchen.

Très bien pour une étape Vienne Paris.
Hôtel très bien bon rapport qualité prix. Possibilité de dîner jusqu'à 22h ce qui est rare en Allemagne. Dîner simple mais de qualité pas cher.

Ruhige Umgebung, großes Zimmer, Blick auf den Park, Kaffeestation, Gutes Restaurant zu vernünftigen Preisen, Sauna, Fitness, großer Parkplatz, Gute Bettwäsche, zweites Kissen, gute Pflegeprodukte im Badezimmer. Leider war der TV sehr klein, aber Flatscreen, das Badezimmer ist auch klein und etwas alt. Die Matratze war sehr weich und wir hatten im Doppelbett nur eine gemeinsam (ich mag lieber getrennte Matratzen) - aber das ist Geschmacksache

Bien mais austère
Un bon hôtel mais très austère, à la façon Allemande. Bon petit déjeuner et restaurant de qualité pour un prix très attractif. Très bien pour ensuite aller visiter Nuremberg (obligation de posséder une voiture : parking gratuit, bravo cela devient rare). Attention, ils ont voulu nous faire payer une deuxième fois le prix de la chambre et j'ai du prouver que le montant avait bien été réglé sur le site de Hotels.com...

Im herrlichen Frühstücks-Wintergarten
Durch Internetrecherche kam ich auf das Dialog-Hotel. Es machte von außen einen sehr guten Eindruck, ebenso modern gestaltet der Eingangsbereich. Das Einzelzimmer hatte eine ausreichende Größe, lediglich das Bad war sehr mini. Überraschenderweise wies das Zimmer ein großes Kingsize-Bett auf und gegen den nächtichen Durst einen Wasserkocher mit Tee und Kaffee.
