"Staff was helpful and the hotel was very clean. A little hick up for me was the luggage storage which had a fee. Even tough small, staying at the hotel I would have expect the the luggage storage could have been free or that a compensation should have been delivered. But else, coffee was included with the room which was very appreciated. The roof-top terrasse and the bar were a great commodities after a long day around Brussels."

"The location is good for people arriving by train late at night or leaving early in the morning, because it is right across the street from the station. The hotel itself, rooms, staff and service were great. That being said, it is not the best location for touring Brussels. We would have preferred staying near the center area (Mannekin Pis statue near this area). The center area is busy, but it is nice to walk around to all the sights and have many stores, restaurants, cafe's within walking distance. The Ibis hotel is too close to the station, there were many people hanging out near the entrance or across the street. There were more people around the area living under poorer conditions. Walking around the hotel or down the streets nearby, at night, does not feel comfortable."

"If you are using the Eurostar high speed trains and need to stay the night in Brussels, the Pullman Hotel is the best option by far. It is essentially on top of the Brussels Midi/Zuid station, and you never need to leave the building to get to it. Don't make the mistake I did and go outside with rolling suitcases. Some sadist decided to put in pavement that is next to impossible to roll anything on, but inside there are smooth floors that make it easy. I was just stayed the night with my wife, but the room was quiet, comfortable, attractive and clean. We took the first train to London and the entrance for that, along with cafes and other food establishments, were right there almost immediately outside the hotel doors. As we arrived from Germany in the evening and left first thing in the morning, we didn't see much of the neighborhood, but it didn't look like anything great. For our purposes, the Pullman Hotel was perfect."
