Above Nesso 700 m from the centre of Nesso, 20 km from the centre of Como, 21 km from the centre of Bellagio, in a sunny, elevated position on a slope, in the residential district, 2 km from the lake. For shared use: swimming pool angular (5 x 10 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower, terrace, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: air conditioning. Stepped path (30 steps) to the house. Parking at 100 m. Shop 850 m, restaurant 300 m, bar 700 m, bus stop 100 m, railway station "Como" 19 km, ferry "Bellagio-Menaggio-Varenna" 16 km, shingle beach 2 km (small). Marina 2.3 km. Nearby attractions: Orrido di Nesso, Bellagio, Como, Varenna. Hiking paths: Cascate di Nesso, Piani del Tivano, Ghisallo. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
