Check-in was easy, staff was friendly. The hotel is in a great area very walkable. The property needs to be renovated extensively. Wallpaper was peeling in spots in the bathroom, wooden veneers were falling off some of the furniture in spots. The pocket door to the bathroom was rickety and useless. The 17th floor had a slightly musty smell, when I opened the door to the room, it had a hint of fish tank. Views from the room were beautiful, sheets and towels were clean. Fine for a one night stay but I could not stay here for a week.

Everything about the property was great except the check in procedure. This was a little complicated for us being from Canada. Thank goodness there was a person in the lobby that was able to assist us. Room was great.
