Located on the first floor, the light-filled apartment consists of a living/dining room with a sofa bed (for 2 people), an integrated, well-equipped kitchen, one bedroom (with 2 single beds) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine, satellite television and a baby cot (upon request). Even in winter, the property gets a lot of sunlight - one of your private balconies is perfect for enjoying the morning sun with a coffee and newspaper. In the communal outdoor area of the residential complex you will find a beautiful pool area complete with a children’s pool and an outdoor shower. Supermarkets, restaurants, a medical clinic and pharmacies are just around the corner (270 m or a 3-minute walk away) while the historic town centre and the romantic Balcón de Europa await your visit just 1 km or a 10-minute walk from the apartment. Thanks to the fantastic location of the residential complex, the pool area and shared garden offer direct access to the white, sandy beach El Playazo.
