Delightful holiday apartment, with spectacular sea & mountain views, just a 2 minute walk from the award winning Burriana beach in Nerja.
Alamar 1, nº3 is spacious & well presented.

Accommodation comprises modern fitted kitchen with a full selection of appliances, including a dishwasher, to avoid those arguments!
Good size dining table & comfortable lounge with flat screen TV. Master bedroom with large double bed & fitted wardrobes. The twin bedroom has 2 single beds & fitted wardrobe. The family bathroom is large with a bath & shower over. The washing machine is also found in the bathroom.
You will experience the Wow! when you walk on to the sun terrace. Spectacular views over Burriana beach to the Mediterranean sea & up towards the peak of 'Cielo' in the Sierra de Almijara. Truly stunning views.
The terrace itself is superb with a raised lounge area, dining area with built-in BBQ & a sunbathing area. Relax & enjoy!
If you fancy a dip, the community swimming pool is located just across Calle Bajamar (30m).

Nerja is a coastal town at the foot of the Almijara mountains with a long tradition of fishing and agriculture. The fishermen still pull their nets ashore on Burriana beach and fresh produce can still be bought from the doorways of local people´s houses. The weekly market (Tuesdays) attracts many traders and shoppers from all over the region and the town centre has a vibrant, friendly atmosphere with many lovely shops, tapas bars & restaurants.

Perfectly located, good value accommodation
Location
Outside terrace is large and has wonderful views. The bbq is a real bonus.
Apartment is simply furnished and decorated and the space is good.
Bathroom is clean and shower is powerful.
Washing machine is useful.
Really good value property.
The mattresses in the main bedroom are not very good, possibly very old. One has a memory foam topper with a plastic cover which was extremely uncomfortable and noisy to sleep on.
The property is in a wonderful location, quick access to the beach and a short walk to town. The outside terrace is very spacious with a great view. I would definitely stay there again.
Great place with stunning terrace. Had everything we needed and location is perfect for both town and the beach. The only issue was the beds were quite uncomfortable and both rooms where singles pushed together.

We stayed here for the 2nd time and once again everything was quite to our liking.
We've already stayed in villa Iru several times over the past years and always enjoyed it to the fullest. The house as well as the property is very well kept, modern and offers more than enough space. The location in a quieter side road is also perfect for spending relaxing days at the pool and in the extensive garden. Binibequer Vell offers everything in a walking distance like shops, restaurants and a really nice beach. On top of that Francisco is a great host, so we're already looking forward to our next stay.

Excellent apartment - would stay again!
Apartment was well appointed and the enormous terrace and BBQ were fantastic
The lack of beds and shade at the pool needs to be addressed. There were only a few beds, but the pool is shared by multiple apartments so a lot of people use it.
More parasols would be very helpful also as there was not enough shade.

Fantastic holiday!
Great accommodation, really spacious and fabulous balcony. Location couldn’t be better, bars, restaurants and the beach right on the doorstep!
Nerja centre about a 15-20 min walk away but all on good paths.
Swimming pool located across the road at the back, literally a minute walk away.
Nothing major! Few cleaning products eg surface spray & toilet cleaner. We stayed for 10 nights so would be nice to have some on hand (we did buy our own & left in the apartment!). Also tea towels & oven gloves. Everything else was excellent.
Fint och fräscht boende i ett väldigt bra läge. Tyvärr försvann solen från terassen vid 18-tiden. Säkert väldigt behagligt på sommaren när det är hett ute, men såhär på vårkanten hade det varit härligt med längre kvällssol. Kan vara bra att informera kommande gäster. Pool ej tillgänglig men fick väldigt bra info om det, i god tid före ankomst. Vi är väldigt nöjda!
