Recently upgraded and beautifully furnished throughout, this private two bedroom home features an open floor plan with a full kitchen, dining area, designated workspaces, and living room with 55" Smart TV.

Fully appointed kitchen including stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwave. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with fresh crisp new linens, pillows, and bed coverings.

Spacious living room includes a comfy sofa, 55" Smart TV, shared laundry area, large private backyard, BBQ grill, deck area with lounge and dining furniture, fire pit, free high-speed Wi-Fi, on-site parking, and keyless access.

Great shore house, shared property

I think the listing needs to be updated to reflect the fact that you are not renting the entire home, just the first floor. There is a tenant on the second floor (with their own entry) and they have access to the basement. This was not made clear until after we had booked. We were able to hear footsteps and TVs playing late at night/early in the morning. That said, everything else about the property was as described. The beds were soft, the linens were fresh, everything else was immaculately clean, all of the furnishings are modern, and the hosts did a great job with their updates. Communication with the hosts was great, the check in process was easy, the location is near train tracks (as any location in this area will be). I would recommend staying here, just with the right expectations about the property and having an occupied unit above you.

Jersey cottage

Perfect property for my post- op recovery. Quiet, easy access to food, boardwalks and hospital. Weather was warm and sunny and leaves changing added further cheer. Had everything we needed.
