Castel Sant'Elia

"The house in Castel St Elia is truly an authentic and unique place, the host is detail oriented, very accommodating and communicative. The house has everything you need, even a mini popcorn machine and dishwasher. We traveled with our dog and cooked dinners at the house and felt very comfortable. The view is amazing, so is access to town, many churches and hiking trails into the valley. If you are a true hiker you can take the 4.5km trail to Nepi which is the neighboring worth visiting."

Hotel 55 Fifty five

8/10 Good

"Everything was wonderful, location, and breakfast was amazing, Glen is very kind and friendly at breakfast area. Wish the reception area was bigger than what it is but other than that it was a great experience"

Excellence Suite

10/10 Excellent

"Loved my room. Had no windows but a cute walk out patio, which was lovely in the morning and allowed me sleep in. The staff was great! Always there with a quick fix should I have a problem. Kevin was amazing ! It is so close to restaurants and the trivi fountain 10 minute walk, I was always able to find my way around easily."

Massimi City Garden Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"We are a couple visiting from Canada. We liked this small hotel. Nice outdoor space. Neighbourhood hotel away from the tourist congestion. Shuttle to the metro so you can get anywhere. 15 min walk to restaurants and shops. Didn’t have a great checkin experience. We booked a deluxe room. We were put into a 1 st story room at the back facing the dumpsters. When I told them the room description said City or Garden view they moved us. They said we could only get a 1st floor room. The view from the room we ended up with was okay. View was partially blocked by an elevator shaft. Inside the room was nice. I have never experienced this type of floor restriction before. Not sure if it was communication error or if it was because it was booked through Expedia. My experience has been deluxe room is better than standard and a higher floor. Having said all this I would recommend this hotel and using Expedia to book it."

Hotel Pacific Roma

8/10 Good

"I would definitely come here again. It's located near the Vatican...10-15 minute walk ...tops. Great staff, nice breakfast, will arrange a taxi for you. My room felt warm and muggy most of the time. I didn't ask for help with this. I'm finding this to be the case in Florence too. We Americans love our cooler air conditioning."
