The decor is like it is from the 1980s, and the soundproofing in the rooms is not that good (there was a loud group of young men close to my room, but it was not a big deal for me, they were quiet at night)"

"Lovely apartment suites just on the outskirts of the tourist centre of Florence. Breakfast was OK. Reception staff was great. There is construction of a new tram line happening outside which causes a bit of chaos with traffic but will help with public transport in future."

"The place in general clean and nice, the elevator a little complicated, Something important, Expedia advertises parking in a garage for this hotel, but upon arrival, they tell you there isn't any, and that you can park on the street or in a parking lot 5 minutes away. They said that detail in Expedia is wrong! Also, as an Expedia VIP customer, I was told I would receive a complimentary bottle of wine per stay, but it wasn't given to me upon arrival. I asked for it the next day, and they seemed annoyed and upset by my complaint. They gave me the bottle of wine grudgingly, as if I were begging. I think they need to improve their customer service! "
