"This property was such a gem. But what really made it was the entire family staff. They are some of the most genuine, sincere and hospitable people that truly do whatever they can to make your stay as comfortable as possible. They treat you like family. I really can’t speak enough about how great this place is. Don’t forget to try the restaurant across the street either. Food was great with the same familial, hospitable feel. This was our favorite experience out of our Greece trip"

"I think “Luxury in Theologos” is over stating the case. The view from the villa is awesome - second to none. We enjoyed cooking outdoors and using the grill. Our focus was not really on the villa. We had some great family time together - that was our focus. The villa, however, is starting to look very tired. Broken showers, little to no hot water, badly maintained swimming pool (unusable last 3 days), worn out and shabby fixtures and fittings. The plumbing is sub par and smells. Wild dogs wonder freely around the property day and night. The area is quiet as advertised but the local beaches and restaurants are below par and make it hard to justify the price charged for the villa. It’s not 5 stars more like two or three stars."

What truly made the experience stand out, though, was the pleasant and helpful staff. From check-in to departure, every interaction was warm, professional, and genuinely caring — they made sure every detail was just right. I highly recommend Evia Bay Resorts for anyone looking to unwind in a clean, peaceful setting with easy access to local attractions and the sea."
