Great stay was prefect location for traveling in the area via public transport as it was less than 5 minutes from the bus and train station. Hotel very kindly gave us travel passes which made public transport free for the duration of our stay. There were just two small downsides, the bed was very hard and I did struggle to sleep because of this. The support for the shower head was to weak meaning I had to hold the shower head for showers. The shower also changed to very hot every now and again might really hurt. Overall would definitely stay again

Some of our ski equipment was missing after the staff unpacked our car. We spent hours of our morning searching the ski room, our car, the room trying to search for the missing items. The hotel staff was of NO assistance at all. In the end, we had to find a remedy for THEIR mistake and were offered NO compensation for all the problems and valuable time we lost on the slopes. It was an extremely disappointing experience, especially for a hotel of this price category.

Bel hôtel. Propre. Espace spa très bien.
Personnel serviable et rapide.
Situation géographique très bien pour la montagne.
Rapport qualité/prix moyen pour les Alpes en été.
Nous regrettons les travaux en cours car réveil à 7h car agrandissement (je quitte quelques jours le monde de la construction pour se retrouver dedans). Nous n'avons pas profité de la piscine extérieure à cause des travaux. Cependant, c'est pour un mieux.
Je recommande cet hôtel.
