"This hotel is not a four star hotel. It is aged but most importantly lacks any show of being well managed. Everything has to be asked for (no third bed in room on arrival despite booking triple occupancy then no towels). The staff did not even put a refuse bin the room or a liner in the lavatory bin. Daily confusion over a table for breakfast was frustrating. Beware the layout as some builinga a considerable way from each other. Brand is a fabulous village, the Walliserhoff is not a fabulous institution. "

On nous a régulièrement tenu informé des avancées de la réservation et du déroulement du check in. Tout a été facile pour nous. Nous sommes très satisfaits. On nous a envoyé nos guest card de réduction dans la région sans avoir rien demandé. C était très agréable. Franchement rien ne me viens comme ça. Peut être un verrou dans la salle de bains/wc. Mais ça ne nous a pas dérangé."
