Great hotel in a stunning location with mountain views, Staff were also great and really helpful. My only feedback is they need more staff, it felt like 1 or 2 people were basically running everything from the kitchen to the reception.

Very friendly staff at the reception who made us feel very welcome. The room was not very clean, there were stains everywhere in the bathroom and on the Walls in the room. Breakfast was filled with flies and you needed to be there early to get the best breakfast otherwise it was gone - it seemed that they didnt fill it up during the opening hours. Pretty view from the room and a very Nice balcony in the room.

Excellent hotel at 3200 meters. Stunning views. Really helpful staff at the hotel! We where late to checkin but did get excellent help. Excellent hotel for some summer alpes experience!

What a view!

On our way from Denmark to Italy we spent one night at this hotel and it was a great experience. We are a family of five and the spacious room worked out great for us. The room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful and the indoor playground was a major hit. The buffet for dinner was alright - we would have liked a bit more fresh greens but I guess that’s a cultural thing more than anything. The breakfast on the other hand was great - very well made and a broad selection. Overall there is no doubt that it’s worth to take the trip up the narrow and winding mountain roads for one or more nights. Would absolutely stay there again.

Phenomenal view from the balconies and the restaurant. Loved having beers on that deck at night and the great breakfast they offered in the morning. We arrived later than planned but the staff accommodated us well and made sure we had a pleasant time. Only downside is the drive up that mountain on small roads. It's natural for such a remote place with mountain views and quietness but be prepared for a longer drive than it looks (google maps shows a 8km from the city but due to those roads that's at least a 20 minute drive). But this hotel is great and definitely worth the trip up to visit for a few days.

Nice hotel in ski area

Nice hotel, good room. The evening buffet was good value. And the breakfast had a big spread. But the frase Mountain View, meant starring direct into the hill side. The road to the hotel was winding and hard to pass oncoming traffic.

Fantastic hotel with an amazing view

Fantastic hotel with an amazing view. Clean rooms. There’s a small playroom inside for the kids and a table tennis room. We went hiking nearby and some routes can definitely work for hiking with kids. There’s one restaurant and since it’s not very easy to go down to the town for dinner we ate there. Good food although a bit expensive.

Alles bij elkaar was dit een prima ervaring. Het enige wat een beetje tegenviel was dat er apart betaald (8 euro!) moest worden voor een lege parkeerplaats. Ik zou ervoor opteren om dat gewoon in de kamerprijs mee te nemen.

Minder goed dan verwacht en eigenlijk te duur voor wat je krijgt. Het parkeren is gratis, maar je staat wel 400m verderop. De plek om even de auto neer te zetten bij checkin is slecht aangegeven. Je ziet alleen verboden te stoppen bordjes, maar eigenlijk kun je linksvoor het hotel even kort parkeren. De kamer was niet helemaal schoon en erg warm. Het was ook wel 30 graden buiten. Miste een airco. Het ontbijt was een uur voor einde al deels op. Later wel bijgevuld, maar toen al te laat. Ook is de prijs op hotels.com niet goed aangegeven. Kurtax komt er nog bij, terwijl wordt geadverteerd incl belastingen en toeslagen. Helemaal niet duidelijk en veroorzaakt irritatie toen de receptioniste niet aardig reageerde
