Really nice hotel, had some refurbishment going on but the hotel staff were excellent. We were looked after really well . It’s in a great location and walking distance to train street which was about 10mins. Would definitely stay here again

The hotel is clean and centrally located in the old quarters.

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay at Hotel du Lac Signature Hanoi! The hotel has a genuine personal touch! Every staff member seemed to know who we were, and they were always friendly and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. In particular, Thomas, Rose, Louisa, Tracy and Viper, along with the rest of the team, were truly amazing! They were so helpful with recommendations for tours and restaurants, and happy to answer any questions we had. They consistently went above and beyond, and were always attentive and accommodating. The hotel itself is very clean and modern, and our room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the location was perfect being central and close to everything. When we return to Hanoi, we will definitely be staying here again, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so memorable!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-Star Experience – Outstanding Hospitality and Exceptional Breakfast Service! I had a wonderful stay at GRAND HOTEL du LAC Hanoi! The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and welcoming, but what truly made my experience memorable was the exceptional hospitality, especially from the breakfast restaurant team. The breakfast service was absolutely outstanding! Every morning, the restaurant staff greeted guests with warm smiles, genuine kindness, and attentive service. Their professionalism, positive attitudes, and attention to detail made breakfast such a pleasant experience. You can truly feel how much they care about their guests. I would especially like to recognize Hanna, the manager, for her exceptional professionalism, leadership, and hospitality. She is incredibly attentive, friendly, and genuinely dedicated to making sure every guest feels welcomed and well taken care of. Her outstanding service and the way she leads her team deserve special recognition. A beautiful hotel is always nice, but it’s the people who make a stay unforgettable. Hanna and the entire breakfast restaurant team are truly an asset to this hotel! Thank you, Hanna and the wonderful restaurant team, for making my stay so special. You are the reason I would happily return and recommend this hotel to others! Highly recommended! ❤️
