North-facing so a little cooler than in full sun but we sat out every breakfast and evening BBQ. A lot of steps from the car parking but we were OK with that. Having a bathroom and a separate shower-room was very handy. Beds were comfortable although wardrobe space a bit limited. The only wish-for would be a TV we could connect to for videos/films in our own language for the kids. ##### John ---
