Layout : entrance hall - living room with sitting area, TV, wifi, well-equipped open-plan kitchen (ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer) - 1 bedroom with double bed for 2 people and en suite shower room (shower, wc, washbasin) - 1 bedroom with 1 double bed for 2 people and en suite shower room (shower and washbasin) - 1 bedroom with 2 single beds or a double bed and 2 beds on the mezzanine - 2 foldaway beds in the night hall - 1 bathroom with bath, toilet and washbasin - 1 separate toilet. Electric blinds. 1 large south-west corner balcony. 1 parking space in the building's garage (maximum height approx. 180 cm), 1 outside parking space subject to availability. Excellent location at the start of the Tracouet slopes in Haute-Nendaz, close to all amenities. The apartment is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
