  • Nice one bedroom apartment (45 sqm) located in Siviez in the heart of the famous skiing area '4 Vallées'. Siviez is the center of the Quarte Vallee. In short walking distance (200m) you have three lifts bringing you to either Nendaz, Verbier/Mont Fort or Vesonnaz/Thyon 2000. You can ski directly to the house.

    The apartment is in the third floor (elevator). Internal description: entrance with wardrobe, bedroom with a double bed, bathroom with bath(c/w shower mixer), toilet and basin, open Kitchen with oven, electric stove / dish washer, living/dining area with dining table, large sofa, two armchairs, fireplace, TV, 43 zoll south facing balcony accessible from living room and bedroom. You can look your skis in a ski room. The apartment has floor heating and was rennovated in 2022.
