Comfortable 3* 40m2 studio apartment on the ground floor. Living room with kitchenette, flat-screen TV. Kitchen area equipped with fridge, traditional oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, Délizio espresso machine, fondue machine, scraper for 2 to 4 people.
