Private: garden 1'000 m2\. Garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking (for 2 cars), single garage. Supermarket 450 m, bakery, café 170 m, 3 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Haute-Nendaz, station/poste" 260 m, railway station "Sion" 15.6 km, outdoor swimming pool 1 km. Golf course (18 hole) 18 km, tennis 1 km, walking paths from the house 500 m, gondola lift 900 m, ski bus stop 20 m, ice rink 700 m, children's playground 850 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Nendaz 4 Vallées 900 m. Hiking paths: Bisses du milieu 500 m.  
"Chalet Mirabelle", 5-room house 178 m2 on 3 levels, north-west facing position. Spacious, comfortable and beautiful furnishings: entrance hall. Large living room with dining table and cable TV. Exit to the terrace. 1 large room with 1 bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC. Exit to the terrace. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)) with dining table. Sep. WC. Electric heating. On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Upper floor: 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Lounge with TV and DVD. Bath/WC. Terrace 21 m2, north facing position and west facing position, garden. Balcony furniture, barbecue, conservatory. Very beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (2 cars), garage (1 car). Please note: non-smokers only.
