Heating in winter only. A cash deposit is required for the parking gate key and parking pass (CHF 200 or EUR 200). If you leave early in the morning, you can get your deposit back the day before your departure and will have to pay for parking for the last night. Er is geen rookmelder op het appartement aanwezig, dat geeft een onveilig gevoel. Jammer dat je verplicht wordt om de schoonmaakkosten te betalen, er is geen keuzemogelijkheid om het zelf te doen. De kosten voor het schoonmaken zijn hoog in relatie tot de grootte van het appartement. Ook het linnengoed is erg aan de prijs.
