Au calme et bien agencé. Garage dispo (attention aux dimensions pour les possesseurs de gros SUV type "char d'assault", ca risque de ne pas passer mai c'est parfait pour une voiture de dimensions normales. S'il y a un bémol à souligner: la literie. Pas foncièrement mauvaise, mais les matelas mériteraient d'être changés. Parfaitement bien équipé. La grande terrasse est idéale quand on séjourne avec des jeunes enfants (il faut faire attention toutefois à un espace entre le mur et la barrière...). L'orientation est parfaite pour l'été, bon ensoleillement mais le soleil ne touchant pas les fenêtres, l'appartement reste frais.
