SW facing, shaded in the morning, full in sunlight during day to sunset over the mountains. Sitting room comfortable - plenty space. Kitchen functional, but very small, good supply of utensils and crockery/cutlery. Internet wifi good. Main bedroom big enough, comfortable bed (poor pillows though); could do with more than the one power socket at the main light switch. 2nd bedroom small, only 2 power sockets.
