It's located only five miles from Nemo with access to some of the best trails in the Hills. Enjoy the expansive deck with picturesque views of the Black Hills or take a short hike down to the community pond with a picnic area. Cliffview boasts three bedrooms with a den for additional sleeping, two-and-a-half bathrooms, and a large family room with a foosball table and access to the outdoor hot tub. THINGS TO KNOW This home does not have central air-conditioning, but lots of windows to let in the cool evening air. This property is managed by Vacasa South Dakota LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The house was a great location for trails. Only drawback was the location is 30 minutes plus to Deadwood or Hill City to restaurants. There is a couple great restaurants in Nemo though, check them out. You will not be disappointed. 😊 The neighbor was gracious enough to let us use his driveway to turn our trailer around. The hot tub at night was relaxing while we star gazed. This cabin is fully stocked with everything you need! We had our 4 young adult children and the foosball and air hockey table were quite entertaining! Loved having 2 comfortable living rooms to hang out in. Beds were comfy!
