The property is a bit old and dated but comfortable enough. There are two pools and both have unusual layouts where you are not really able to sit by the pool to socialize or to watch your children if you have children with you. Only one of the pools have chairs at all and they are located on a "sun deck" on one side of the pool that is not visible from the part of the pool where you swim. I know this isn't fixable but it's a strange layout that I thought others should be aware of. The restaurant on the beach by The Hamilton (The Yacht Club) is not affiliated with The Hamilton but is quite good and is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Highly recommend the pizza! The seating is comfortable with several dining area options. There is a smart TV with sign-in for your streaming services. One more sun lounger is needed to complete the six and maybe one replaced.The inside was impeccable, the only additional cleaning would be a routine for the pool area. Lots of fans and good AC if you need it but the breeze flowing through the home makes largely unnecessary. Huge fridge freezer should be ample for most needs. Communication with Anna was good and directions to the house were spot on. We used Nevis Car Hire and they took our luggage to the villa and we followed meaning we did not need to hire a big car just for luggage, great service. The key was not there when we checked in, which was a bit scary as our phones were not yet working but Patterson turned up with them soon after we arrived, explaining that the cleaner had forgot to leave them. The was useful as he did a walkthrough and explained everything. Start up supplies had kindly been arranged and we're there for our arrival. Everything was just as described."
