Some people like this level of attention but we found this a bit much. They also threatened to charge us extra fees which came as a shock. Our communication with the owners/hosts were great. They live down the street, which was nice. They greeted us at the home, gave us a tour, history of how the house was built and recommendations for things in town. They house was immaculate and felt like it was brand new. there were three bedrooms, which was great as each of our teenagers had their own bed and Ben room. There is no air conditioner, which we knew, but when we opened the windows to get some cool air, it was pretty noisy. That would be the only negative that we have about the house.
