The double living area opens on to a large wraparound sunny deck facing the sea, with the windows opening right back to let the tree canopy come into the space. You will adore the apartment like feel, the eclectic style, and a home that feels warm, welcoming and intimate. 5 minutes walk down the hill for a swim or to the waterfront restaurants, 20 minutes to central city or Tahunanui Beach, the house can accommodate up to five guests and will be ideal for a professional couple, couples or a family, looking to experience Nelson over the holiday season. \*\*Special conditions & notes\*\*: \- Strictly no party, gatherings or venue use. No Smoking. Pets are not permitted. \- This is a personal home, made available to guests on an occasional basis. This allows you access to a superb & well-equipped home with the trade-off that storage may be required for owner belongings. \- There is a beehive at the back of the garden and also a worm farm. \*\*Payment, Bond/Security Deposit and Cancellation\*\*: \- A 30% deposit secures your stay with the balance due 3 weeks prior to your arrival (full payment will be required if booking within 3 weeks of arrival). \- Three weeks prior to your arrival (or immediately if booking within 3 weeks of arrival), you’ll need to provide a card authority for the bond/security deposit via our secure online check in process. \- Cancel anytime up until 3 weeks prior to arrival for any reason and you’ll pay no more than 30% of the booking total. \- Where compassionate circumstances for cancellation exist, we’ll be happy to look at further flexibility, usually in the form of postponement of your stay, or a credit towards future stay dates. \- A Rental Agreement document is provided as part of the booking process. It is very conveniently placed between Nelson and Richmond and close to some lovely restaurants. The view from the deck is wonderful and we enjoyed a number lay afternoon drinks enjoying it. We are a family of 5 - 2 adults and 3 kids 14, 9 & 7\. The house was incredible. Better than the photos! It was so nice...we didnt actually want to leave and do activities! We just wanted to sit on that balcony and gaze at the view. The house was perfectly set out and very well equipped. Everything that we needed was there. The 14yo had the sofa bed, which he said was very comfortable. The sheets were easy to find. Beach towels were provided. It was a very enjoyable stay and wish we had stayed longer.
