Elevated above Nelson’s Port Hills, this home offers breathtaking 180-degree north-facing views of rolling green hills and Tasman Bay, along with a warm, pleasant atmosphere thanks to natural ventilation and eco-friendly paints. The home features two spacious bedrooms with queen beds, two beautifully appointed bathrooms, and a cozy ‘snug’ room with a sofa bed. Guests can enjoy five separate deck areas, perfect for morning coffee, evening sunsets, or simply soaking in the stunning vistas. ⭐️ Bedrooms (Sleeps 5) • 1 (Master Bedroom): Queen bed • 2): Queen bed • 3 (Snug room): Double sofa bed available by early request ⭐️ Bathrooms • 1 (Main): Shower over bath, Heated towel rail, Toilet & Basin vanity • 2 (Ensuite): Shower, Heated towel rail, Toilet & Basin vanity ⭐️ Laundry • Separate laundry area with Washing machine and clothes rack. ⭐️ Location • It is a 5-minute drive to the Centre of Nelson. Please enquire before booking. • Personal home - This is a personal home, made available to guests in-between periods of owner use.
