Bay Dreamer boasts spectacular views that infuse every corner with natural light, creating an inviting and spacious atmosphere. Immerse yourself in a refreshing and pristine environment. This home is perfectly situated near prominent walking tracks including the Tamaki Steps, Days Track, Maire Track, Bobs Track, and Pipers Track. These pathways provide direct routes to Tahunanui Beach and the vibrant CBD surroundings. \*\*Property Layout: \>4 Bedrooms (Sleeps up to 8) Downstairs: 1 (Master): King bed with Sea Views & Sliding doors opening to the patio and adjacent entertaining deck. 2: Queen bed (next to Bedroom 3). 3: Single + Single (next to Bedroom 2).
