While it is in an older block the location and view are unbeatable. Location makes it easy for early morning walks to Dutchies beach or the marina area for dinner. We loved the birdlife. The eagle amazed my daughter. The apartment was fitted out with everything we needed. Although the bbq could use a cleanup so we didnt take advantage of a bbq on the balcony. I would advertise the split level for anyone with mobility problems but ease of access to the apartment was great. Choice of 2 parking spaces was a plus. 1 being a lockup garage. The apartment is huge with a great living area to hang out in, the kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for a meal in, and the wrap around Verandah is wonderful, with gorgeous water views! And it worked out so well for us. We had less family come in the end so two beds was enough. The unit is in a fantastic location - beautiful outlook to the water through trees.
