Silver Sands 29a front duplex is a single level holiday property with only 2 steps to the front door. Bathed in sunlight day in and out and looking straight across to Nelson Bay beach from the front porch, living area and kitchen areas makes this the perfect place for your next holiday. The open plan living area has a split system air conditioner, Smart TV, free unlimited Wi-Fi and captures the natural sea breezes and beautiful water views of the bay. The glass sliding door leads you out to the undercover balcony which is perfect for alfresco dining and cooking up a storm on the gas BBQ. The property provides a fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities including an upright stove, microwave, dishwasher, family size fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee pod machine and front loader washing machine. Two bedrooms with the main bedroom having a Queen bed, ceiling fan and the second bedroom having a Tri-bunk (double underneath and single above) and a single bed. The bathroom features a shower, toilet, and vanity. Three car spaces are allocated to the front duplex making this extremely easy for parking, park the car and walk to all activities as they are at your doorstep. If you are looking for a larger property for family groups, you can book Silver Sands House that sleeps in total 14 guests and incorporates 29a front duplex sleeping 6 guests and 29b back duplex sleeping 8 guests - both duplexes are fully equipped and have separate entrances. All up providing five bedrooms, three bathrooms, and multiple living areas, it is an ideal environment to gather large families and friends across this exceptional space – please note there is no internal door between both properties. 29a Front Duplex Bedroom 1 – Queen Bed + Ceiling Fan Bedroom 2 - Tri-bunk (double underneath/ single above) + Single Bed Linen: - This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service.
