A few minutes’ walk takes you to Little Beach which boasts a fantastic children's playground with free BBQ facilities, picnic tables and the infamous Little Beach Boathouse restaurant and bar. Little Beach also has a takeaway fish & chips shop and boat ramp. Unit 5 has an open plan living/ dining area with comfortable furnishings, this area opens out onto the balcony where you can sit back and cook up a feast on the gas BBQ or sit back and watch the world go by. There is a fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities, dishwasher, microwave, family size fridge / freezer, coffee pod machine and stone benchtops. The internal laundry flows from the kitchen and is equipped with a top loader washing machine and dryer. The owners also provide a port-a-cot and booster seat to cater for children. The bathroom has a bath, shower, toilet, and vanity, for added convenience there is also a second separate toilet. Both bedrooms have sheets, bed making and bath towels for your convenience, ceiling fans to make your stay comfortable and a wall mounted TV in the main bedroom. Secure single garage space and limited off-street visitor car space is also available. Nelson Bay and Shoal Bay are both only a quick five-minute drive away. You can find boutique shopping and fabulous restaurants at both locations. Or if you are looking for a bistro meal then West Diggers Club is only a ten-minute walk away.
