I had initially asked the property manager with no response. I ended up having to park in paid parking which wasnt good. The apartment was not as clean and new as in the photos and need a lot of upgrades such as : kitchen wares, cleaning tools...everything was old and in bad condition. There’s no vacuum or proper broom to clean. With the amount we paid/night I expect a bit more. To compare the same value in Asia we could have stayed in 5 stars hotel and great service but of course Australia is a bit different but if it’s for rental the owner should invest a bit back to attract more clients. We didnt even bother with the kitchen it was really bad we bought plastic cups and plates to use. There was cockroachs in the unit i got pics to prove. The balcony was devestating plus the disgusting smell of bacon from the cafe directly below. And much much moreeee.
