Arrive, park the car and enjoy being able to walk everywhere. The House - A quality interior designed renovation and refurbishment has been undertaken to deliver a holiday house packed with features. A large open plan living and dining area with flat screen Smart TV, a gourmet kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven and cooktop and a rear landscaped entertaining area with a gas BBQ and magnificent gardens. Upstairs there are three bedrooms with King Size beds, air conditioning and ceiling fans, a study, a main bathroom with shower and freestanding tub, ensuite and a separate powder room, plus an internal laundry with washer and dryer. Beach towels provided for guest convenience. Downstairs there is a large rumpus room/second living area with a flat screen TV, air conditioning, two single beds and one queen bed. Property also has a high chair for guest use. Note: Driveway / off street parking only - no access to garages.
