Little Beach offers great swimming, with a boat ramp, a grassed shaded area with BBQ's, picnic tables, playground, public amenities, takeaway and a lovely restaurant serving lunch and dinner overlooking the water. Take a walk up the hill to the Nelson Bay lighthouse (350m from boat ramp) and soak up the 180 degree water views while enjoying tea and scones at the tea rooms, or visit the museum in the 1875 lighthouse cottage. Nelson bay and Shoal Bay are just a short 2km drive from the unit. This bright and airy, spacious, 3-bedroom unit on the second floor of the Seaspray complex offers lovely distant water views and 2 lovely corner balconies. Enter to open plan living consisting of a lounge, dining and kitchen. The lounge room offers a flat screen TV, and the well equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, full size fridge/freezer, microwave and oven. Glass sliding doors take you out to the front balcony where you can relax in the fresh sea air with a glass of wine and enjoy the distant water views. There is also a rear balcony which is accessible from the first and second bedrooms. The main bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite with shower and toilet, while the second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has 2 single beds, and the family bathroom has a bath, shower and toilet. The internal laundry offers a washing machine and dryer. Parking is available in a single lock up garage, with internal access from the garage to the stairs.
