So easy, just park the car and walk to everything. The unit has an open plan living area with reverse cycle air conditioning and ceiling fans. leads directly onto the balcony, boasting a gas BBQ, outdoor dining, and views of some of the most amazing sunsets. There are two bedrooms with the main having a ceiling fan. Both bedrooms give you fantastic water views - what a great way to start the day The fresh crisp bathroom has a shower, toilet and vanity. There is also an external laundry providing a washing machine and a single lock up garage, suitable for small cars. As the Kiah complex is elevated and Unit 1 is on the first floor, you get the bonus of having stunning views without the hassle of having to walk up multiple flights of stairs. Once you've been to Unit 1 Kiah, you'll definitely want to come back. Access to complex is via Nash Lane, Nelson Bay.
