Centrally located in Nelson Bay Port Stephens which is an easy 2.5hr drive from Sydney you can drop your keys at the front door and stroll down to either Shoal Bay or Little Beach. Every special piece has been hand selected, to enhance your holiday, ensuring you won't want to leave! Nestled on a quiet street away from the hustle and bustle, enjoy this unique home away from home feeling, where you can settle in and relax. This spacious four-bedroom duplex comfortably sleeps eight and has multiple areas for everyone to relax and enjoy their time together or if anyone wants to sneak away and get some quiet time there’s room for this. The downstairs features polished concrete floors throughout, ducted air conditioning, free unlimited Wi-Fi, ceiling fans and a Smart TV. The property also has a fantastic fully equipped kitchen with a gourmet Breville coffee machine and grinder (coffee beans provided), Smeg appliances, family size fridge/ freezer with water dispenser, gas cooktop, dishwasher and basic pantry items. Flowing off the kitchen area is the powder room with toilet and vanity and internal laundry with front loader washing machine and dryer – washing liquid provided. Its a lovely property that is made to feel like home. It was easy to keep clean with an outside shower and easy access hoses for sandy feet. Lots of different areas for relaxing if you dont all want to be together. Its also in a great spot away from crowds but an easy walk down to Shoal Bay country club and Game Fish club.
