The huge, relaxed open plan living/ dining area opens out onto the under-cover balcony with outdoor alfresco dining and Gas BBQ facilities. The kitchen provides full cooking facilities and dishwasher. If cooking at home is not what youre after it is also only a short stroll to Wests Diggers Club, restaurants, cafes and many other facilities including Little Beach Boathouse, which has a stunning restaurant and bar right on the water - favourite place for the locals to watch the spectacular sunsets. Three great size bedrooms with the main having a walk-in robe, ensuite and TV, the main bathroom is spacious with a full-size bath, shower, toilet and vanity. There is an internal laundry with washing machine and dryer and the unit provides a double lock-up garage, so park the cars and walk everywhere!
