This is certainly the ideal location for a family, child friendly beachside vacation. Multiple dining venues are available within walking distance, such as the popular fish and chip shop, Little Beach Boathouse restaurant and bar and Wests Diggers Club. The unit is on the ground floor with only five steps from the foyer entrance to the unit door. There is an open plan tiled living/ dining area with an Apple Smart TV, DVD player and unlimited Wi-Fi available, this area opens out onto the balcony with dining facilities, this is a great spot to sit back and watch the water activities at the beach and boat ramp. There is a fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities, microwave, and family size fridge /freezer. The unit offers three bedrooms with the main bedroom having a ceiling fan and access to a private balcony with water views. The bathroom provides a shower, bath, toilet and vanity and an additional toilet is provided in the laundry, the laundry also has a top loader washing machine and dryer. A single extra long undercover car space is available so you can park the car and walk to the beach, restaurants, and clubs. Imagine having a BBQ at the beach and watching some of the best sunsets the east coast has to offer, this is all yours when you stay at unit 1 Columbia.
