The townhouse is located minutes walk from shops and marinas. The place is old but spacious and well maintained. Kitchen has been renovated and well equipped. However, there are a lot of little cockroaches running around. It's definitely due for pest control. Only master bedroom and living area downstairs have aircon which is as per description. However, bedrooms got really hot even at night. Ceiling fans didn't help much on hot nights that we were there.
