My 81 year old mother struggled with the stairs and this impacted our stay. I was then left to bring all luggage in by myself as a 61 year old woman. Just a shame this is not clearly noted. Raine & Horne gave extra time for checkout to allow me numerous trips and to assist my mother. This was appreciated greatly. ##### Lyn E.
