The House - This single level house has timber floors throughout, an air conditioned living area with a flascreen TV and DVD player, a dining area with ceiling fan and a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, upright stove and dishwasher. Three bedrooms, main with a ceiling fan and queen bed, the second bedroom with two sets of bunk beds and the third with a sofa bed and extra flat screen TV, main bathroom and ensuite with showers (no baths) and an internal laundry with a washer (no dryer). There is also secure parking in a single lock up garage plus an off street car space. The yard is fully fenced and dogs are welcome outside only. Please note that the east coast of Australia is a paralysis tick area and we recommend applying precautions for paralysis ticks to your dog (check with your vet). There are definitely smoke detectors at this property. Linen packs are provided at this property. I was a bit worried reading the other reviews but it was clean. The decor and appliances are old but functional. It was a good base/place to sleep as we spent most of our time at the beach/on day trips and ate out at the many restaurants and cafes on offer nearby. The shops, beaches and marina are easy walking distance. The property managers were friendly and it was easy to check in and out. There’s no wifi (noting it’s not advertised to have wifi but it’s something most of us take for granted these days.) All in all I’d recommend for a pet friendly, family friendly basic beach accommodation. ##### Bronwen S. There were no fans in bedroom 2 and 3 and it was difficult for the kids to sleep in the hot weather. The curtains were old and looked that they haven't been washed in years. The dining chairs were peeling off. The house didn't have fresh air circulation. If the house will be managed properly it would be a nice place to stay. ##### Tejcoomar D.
