The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave and the main living area are all located upstairs, there is also a BBQ on the balcony. The main bathroom has a bath and is located upstairs, there is also another shower and toilet in the downstairs laundry area. Use of single garage and a carport makes this ideal to bring the boat as you are approximately 350mtrs from the boat ramp. The beauty of only being within a few minutes level walk to Little Beach, Shoal Bay Beach and West Diggers Club makes this the perfect holiday destination. Use of Single garage only, the other side is private. Bedroom Configuration: - Bedroom 1 - Queen Bed + Ceiling Fan Bedroom 2 - (downstairs) Queen Bedroom 3 - 2 x King Single Beds + Ceiling Fan Linen: - This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service.
